Whether you are just starting out on your journey or you have reached the end of your rope - we are able to work on an individual basis to develop the right plan for you.
1. Fertility Plan Consultation
Our consultation is done in two parts:
PART 1 - INTAKE (approx 1 hour)
We will conduct an initial phone consult, get a brief overview of your situation and then send you a form to fill out that will include an extensive inventory regarding your fertility history, experiences, concerns and questions.
PART 2 - OVERVIEW AND INDIVIDUALIZED PLAN (approx 2 hours)
Once we review your questionnaire, we will schedule a session to review your personalized fertility plan. This plan will include options for different paths available to you as well as referrals for clinic and reproductive specialists, resources for support treatments, insurance and financial assistance and other ancillary services that are most suited for your specific needs and desires. We will help you determine a timeline for treatments and discuss the financial impact different routes may have for you. This method of intellectually addressing your treatment, as opposed to only letting your emotions guide your decisions has shortened the timeframe for having a child and saved many of our clients tens of thousands of dollars.

2. Personalized Egg Donor Search
A. WE FIND YOUR DONOR:
We are the only company to offer this unique service in which we will personally conduct your search for an egg donor. Using your parameters (after completing our very specific questionnaire), we search our extensive list of reputable, high-quality donor agencies as well as independent matches. We will identify potential candidates who fit your particular requirements and screen out those with poor health histories, inferior previous cycles or other questionable characteristics or histories that the egg donor agency may not point out. We present you with our choices, and you may choose up to 5 of them for follow-up. For those five, we will contact the associated agencies** to get additional information, answer questions and determine availability. However, you must respond to our inquiries and questions promptly. Because egg donation has a very quick turnaround, time is of the essence in making a decision.
Search Fee: $1000
Our search consists of 10 hours of our time, in a 1-2 week period (beginning with initial payment). In that period, we usually locate a minimum of 3-5 good choices for you. Any time spent after the initial 10 hours, will be billed at $125/hr.
B. BRING US YOUR DONOR(S):
You may opt to do your own search and present us with up to 7 candidates (over the course of one month from initial payment) for review. We will go over their specific medical history, previous donations, etc. and arm you with all the tools to make the best selection.
Donor Review Fee: $500
Any additional reviews will be billed at $75/review.
C. CASE MANAGEMENT OF INDEPENDENT DONOR:
If you choose an independent donor, we can case manage the entire donation - coordinating your clinic, lawyer, psychologist, insurance and donor.
Management Fee: $3000 + 10% of donor's fee***
3. Surrogate Consultation (approx 1 -2 hours)
If you have exhausted all your infertility possibilities, and have decided to go with this third party option, we can help put you in the right direction. We review FDA Guidelines and factors that are important in finding the right surrogate to ensure a wonderful outcome plus review which states have laws that recognize the validity of a surrogacy contract and those that allow your name(s) to go directly on the birth certificate. We discuss the pros and cons of working with a relative or friend, going with an agency vs. independent, whether it is best to have a surrogate who lives nearby or at a distance - and what the differing expectations will be in either case. Most importantly, we can help identify an ideal candidate and help you avoid numerous pitfalls and red flags. As part of this consult, we will review up to 3 of your potential candidates for surrogacy within the course of one month from our initial consultation. Any reviews afterwards will be charged at our hourly rate of $125/hr with a minimum of 1 hour.
In this highly specialized consultation we also make recommendations for lawyers in the state where your surrogate will give birth, clinics that frequently work with surrogates, and psychologists who will evaluate your surrogate and meet with all parties before and during the surrogacy if needed.
Surrogacy Consultation Fee: $500*
4. International Client Consultation (Only offered in conjunction with Fertility Plan Consultation)
(2 sessions - approximately 2 hours each)
Our consult includes not only putting together your fertility plan as described in our Fertility Plan Consultation (#1), but additionally, we will review the regulations and insurance requirements that may apply to your specific situation and country. This includes: health insurance for newborns, shipping or transporting of sperm and/or embryos from abroad, and US FDA (Federal Drug Administration) testing requirements and how to handle them.
Initial Consultation $750* (this includes the $600 Fertility Plan fee)
* All fees must be paid in full before first session. Payments can be made via check, bank wire or PayPal (processing fees will apply to wire transfers and PayPal payments.) All appointments must be pre-scheduled. Follow-up sessions are available after any initial consultation and are billed at $125/hour pre-paid unless otherwise noted. There is a one-hour minimum and appointments are necessary. Follow-up calls must be paid in. Discounts offered on the pre-payment of 3 or more 1-hour follow-up sessions.
** Certain egg donor agencies we work with offer our clients a 5 - 10% discount on their agency fees.
*** There is an additional $500 fee for international couples when using egg donor case management services.
